HOW TO APPLY MASCARA
Celebrated as a beautiful finishing touch to makeup, our mascara helps to define and frame our eyes. Its buildable feature allows you to strengthen the look of your lashes, making them pop and sparkle. You may also experiment with different hues to accentuate your eye colour, helping your unique features blossom.
When applying mascara, you should make sure the brush is loaded with your chosen colour and wiggle the brush from side to side at the base of your lashes. Next, you will pull the brush through to the tips of your lashes– this creates a fuller, more defined lash. As another trick, you can blink while gliding the wand through your lashes to create a curled effect.
It is also important to apply your mascara in layers to help your lashes look more natural, and helps to avoid clumping. You should wait until the first layer is dry before applying the second and third layers. There are tools you may use to help avoid clumping such as the “MUST HAVE PRO LASH/BROW GROOMER PRO1E”. You can use this wand to tame your brows and lashes by using the sturdy metal teeth to separate your lashes flawlessly.
Finally, you should always make sure to avoid pumping the wand in and out of the tube! This forces air into the tube, shortening the life-span of your makeup. Instead, you may simply twist the wand in and out of the tube.
Although many women prefer to use jet-black mascara, there are a variety of colour options that can complement the unique look of your eyes. Ladies with green or hazel eyes will look ravishing with deep plum mascaras, which pick up the yellow undertones present in the eyes. For women with honey or light brown eyes, navy blue mascara will highlight the eye’s warm tones. If your eyes are light blue, you may choose a dark brown colour when black appears too dramatic for a daytime look. For women that prefer a natural approach, they should opt for clear mascara, which provides lift without adding colour.
Mascara is also great for developing your personal makeup style. If you prefer a more intense look, you may choose to add false lashes as an alternative to black mascara. For ladies that prefer not to use falsies, you can use an eyelash curler to add length if your lashes are short. After bending your lashes upward with the curler, your eyes will appear bigger and wider– hello there!
